All services are subject to availability and operational feasibility.
3. Bookings & Orders
- All bookings must be confirmed through our official channels.
- Customers must provide accurate and complete information regarding shipment details.
- Shayona Logistics reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking due to safety, legal, or operational reasons.
4. Payment Terms
- All service charges must be paid as per the agreed terms.
- Shayona Logistics reserves the right to suspend services in case of overdue payments.
- Taxes and other statutory charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
5. Liability
- Shayona Logistics will exercise reasonable care in handling goods; however, we are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
- Liability for loss or damage will be limited as per the service agreement and applicable Australian laws.
6. Insurance
- Customers are encouraged to insure their goods.
- Any claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery or the scheduled delivery date.
7. Prohibited Items
The following items are not permitted for transport or storage:
- Hazardous, explosive, or flammable materials
- Perishable goods without proper packaging
- Illegal or restricted goods as per Australian law
8. Privacy
Shayona Logistics collects personal and shipment information to provide services efficiently. All information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws.
9. Termination
- Shayona Logistics reserves the right to terminate services for any breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- Customers may terminate services with prior notice, subject to the settlement of all dues.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Melbourne courts.
11. Amendments
Shayona Logistics may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be available on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
